Document Guidelines
ReservationApplication (RA) -properly filled-out and signed by the buyer -name of SRs must be correctly spelled
Buyer’s Information Sheet (BIS) -completely filled-out; SR may fill-out for the Buyer but the buyer must check and sign
Reservation Fee (RF) Depending on the RF required by the project
Post Dated Cheque (PDC) Covering the Down payment; payable to Orchard Property Marketing Corporation
Computation Sheet (CS) SR must compute in front of the client based on the payment term agreed.

We accept the following modes of payments:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Credit Card

The following must be submitted fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of reservation

Document Guidelines
Contract to Sell (CTS) 6 copies, to be signed back and forth by the buyer
Deed of Restrictions (DOR) Specifies the use of lot, allowable building and architecture, & other limitations. 6 copies, to be signed back and fort by the buyer
Addendum Must be completely filled-out
Two (2) Original Proofs of Billing Any utility bills; must be dated within the last three (3) months
Community Tax Certificate (CTC) or Passport Must be current
Valid Identification Card With picture

Additional Requirements for Buyers Working/Residing Abroad & Unable to Sign Documents

  • Special Power of Attorney (Notarized)
  • Passport (Photocopy only)
  • CTC of the representative or authorized person.
  • 2 Proofs of Billing within the last 3 months of the representative or authorized person.
